Our team has changed this year after Dirk Dreissen left the Fliegerwerkstatt after more than four years.
Social pedagogue Patrick Peinhopf has been on board since February. He completed a manual apprenticeship as a production mechanic before starting his studies. We were able to win over the set designer Donald Becker as a workshop teacher, who has also developed and implemented exhibition designs for various museums as well as youth film and theatre projects, among other things.
Since December, Rosa Kantereit has joined us as a workshop teacher who, as a technical model maker, brings with her manual and CAD know-how.
Jonas Wittrock is still available to us as a working student.
A mixed team with very different expertise and a lot of ideas for the coming years!

2nd place of the Wilhelm Wernicke Award
We are very happy about the 2nd place of the Wilhelm Wernicke Award! Many thanks to the Hertha BSC Foundation for this great award and 3,000 euros in prize money.
A warm welcome!
We are happy about a new team member: Patrick Peinhopf will implement projects with the young people in the Fliegerwerkstatt as a social pedagogue from 15 February 2021! He is a trained production mechanic and has studied social work. He brings various experiences from workshop projects with young people as well as from the care of unaccompanied minor refugees.
